I received this product about 6 days ago and am very pleased with the product. I had an Arctic King MWK-10CRN1-BJ8 10,000 BTU Window Mounted Air Conditi and I would never purchase once again. Up until now so excellent. Cannot be even worse than the Arctic King MWK-10CRN1-BJ8 10,000 BTU Window Mounted Air Conditi Also if you registered it on line you got an added two months guarantee.
Actual brand
The actual brand of this A/C is a sunpentown model # WA1011S. Im not sure that the follow me feature works either. This feature allows the remote to do the temperature sensing instead of the sensor on the actual unit. The unit is reasonably quiet for a window A/C. Most of the noise is fan noise, can barely tell when the compressor is on. Basically it is what you would expect from an average window A/C unit.
