I did have some issues after reviewing a few of the previous reviews prior to purchasing the unit. After making use of the unit now for time I can say I have actually had zero issues and the unit has performed perfect. I must have spent 24 hours straight reading every review on every portable a/c I could find. What I didn't like was most items had a range from really great to really awful.
