I have had to replace other covers every year because they always rip but this one is a different material and I love it! It looks great and has stayed on through 80 mile per hour winds this winter and still looks like new. It is pricey but I believe well worth the extra cost and will pay for itself in 2 years since I was having to buy the cheaper ones every year. I recommend this product!
