Works as advertised to block cold drafts. To install it quickly you should have two people, but with that, it went on well and works nicely. I did use a pair of sissors to cut a split in the edge of the inside cover to go around the cord.. Then place the strap behind the cord and over/across the split and tighten. Works well even when the cats try to pull it off.
