Was super paranoid one of my kids (6, 3, and 1) were gonna get their fingers chopped off since the top of the central ac unit allows space for little fingers to get close to the blade (okay, not THAT close but I'm a paranoid mama!). Great item to prevent leaves, branches or other foreign objects fall into the unit. It protects and allow air flow all year long. Bungie cords may need replaced after the first year. It would be nice if it out last the netting.
